Exercises for Your Trip Away

Whether you’re jetting off abroad or embarking on a road trip right here in the UK, you can take your exercise regime with you, wherever you go!

This doesn’t mean immediately packing your weights though, as there are other, more practical workouts to take on the road, some of which require very little or no equipment.

You see, whilst Downward Dog may not be the best pose to practice during your trip away, the Warrior poses are highly practical, and if you so wish, you can take blocks with you to help with poses you aren’t too comfortable with. Plus, it means you don’t have to abandon your routine altogether!

If so, cycling then becomes a wonderful exercise to try, especially in wooded areas that offer plenty of shade from the summer sun. Also, along the way, you can stop for ice-cream or a quick soft drink at a café, for a well-deserved rest!
